Our 8-week Full Programme is specifically designed to give you enough time to develop new habits and embed meaningful, sustainable changes in your daily life.
Do you offer online coaching sessions?
Yes, absolutely. All of our coaching services are available online via video call (Zoom or Google Meet). Online coaching is just as effective as in-person work and allows us to work with clients throughout Ireland and beyond. If you are based in Dublin, you are welcome to attend in person at our Fitzwilliam Square office.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes, all coaching sessions are strictly confidential. Our coaches adhere to the ICF and EMCC codes of ethics, which include rigorous confidentiality standards. We will never share information from your sessions with any third party without your explicit consent, except in the rare circumstances where there is a serious risk to safety.
